Head of Operations – James has 30 years of experience in engineering and management in research, as well as development and product management with Fortune 500 companies. He is the owner of multiple small computer/internet businesses and a consultant. In regards to brewing, James has collected 7 years of extensive craft brewing experience including 3 years of formal training in brewery operations. His internship and supportive roles in many Triangle area breweries include a full-time apprentice brewer followed by a year as the assistant brewer at Compass Rose Brewery in Raleigh, NC.
Executive Chef – Patrick has accumulated over 15 years of culinary experience including as a corporate trainer, restaurant manager, chef and owner/operator of a commercial commissary and two food trucks. He is a professionally trained chef and certified butcher through Chef Emeril Lagasse’s Chef’s Apprenticeship Program. His vast experience and contacts in the region enables NAZZ’D Brew Works and Grille to bring the best Farm to Table concept to the Alamance County area.
